Get ready for an all-out celebration like no other. Bunnies on the Bayou 46 returns on Easter Sunday, April 20, 2025, at Sesquicentennial Park in the heart of Downtown Houston. This isn’t just a party—it’s a purpose-driven music festival with a mission. As we raise funds and visibility for Houston’s LGBTQIA+ community, we’re also bringing a star-powered entertainment lineup that will keep the energy high from start to finish.
Whether you’re dancing with the crowd or vibing with friends in the lounge, these artists are ready to bring the sound, spirit, and showmanship that define the Bunnies experience.
DJ Kio Kio is making his highly anticipated return to the decks—right here in his hometown of Houston—exclusively at Bunnies on the Bayou 46. Known for shaping the underground circuit scene in the ‘90s with his signature vinyl sets, Kio Kio quickly rose to prominence with a residency at South Beach’s legendary PUMP after-hours. His after-hours sound was sultry, hypnotic, and irresistibly danceable, propelling him to bookings across North America and around the globe.
He’s delivered unforgettable sets at LA, New York, and Chicago Prides, held it down for the Purple Party in Dallas three years running, and captivated crowds at the iconic White Party events in both Miami and Palm Springs. His international performances include stops in Mexico City, Costa Rica, Singapore, and Brazil—each one cementing his reputation for knowing exactly how to read a room and set it ablaze.
His signature blend of disco house, nu-disco, deep house, tribal, and tech house creates a sexy, immersive experience built for the true lovers of dance music. DJ Kio Kio’s return marks more than a comeback—it’s a celebration of legacy, evolution, and rhythm that knows no borders.
TRYFE is a powerhouse performer whose sets blend infectious confidence, deep grooves, and a universal call to celebrate yourself without apology. Originally from Dallas and now based in Washington, D.C., TRYFE began spinning as a student at Howard University, mixing contemporary hits with global rhythms and old-school energy. Over the past decade, his distinctive sound has taken him from packed dance floors to national stages.
He’s opened for Lil Nas X on the Long Live Montero Tour and recently performed at a rally for Vice President Kamala Harris in Houston, energizing a crowd of more than 30,000 people. His work isn’t just musical—it’s meaningful. TRYFE is the founder of the Viribus Foundation, an initiative focused on mental health advocacy within the Black community.
As he puts it, “You can go to therapy and DJ in front of the Vice President in the same week.” His message resonates just as much as his music: you don’t have to choose between healing and joy. TRYFE is a celebration of both—and his headlining set at Bunnies 46 will be nothing short of transformative.
Bold. Brilliant. Unforgettable. Silky Nutmeg Ganache returns to Houston as the official emcee of Bunnies on the Bayou 46—and she’s bringing the glam, the grit, and the good times with her. She returned to slay the competition on All Stars Season 6 and again in Canada vs. The World, where she made it all the way to the finals.
